Description
The communications connnection between OMSS and the Fluid Cache service is
no longer present.

To reconnect OMSS to the Fluid Cache service: 1) Verify the Fluid Cache service is
running. To verify the service run the following command: "fldc --status". 2) Re-
establish the connect by running the following command: :"omconfig storage
fluidcache action=connect"
