The vFlash SD card is not initialized. Either the card is not properly formatted or it
may not be supported.

Format the vFlash SD card by running the command "racadm vflashsd initialize".
Make sure that the card is supported by contacting your service provider for a list
of supported SD card types.

Description
The request could not be successfully completd, because the vFlash SD Card
partition is in read-only mode. Write operations cannot be performed on the card
partition.
