Description
The virtual disk identified in the message has changed active paths. This can be
because of an attempt to optimize the throughput of the system or it could be
because of a controller failover.

with another virtual disk.

Power cycle the system chassis to restore the virtual disk. If this does not correct
the problem then contact your service provider.
