The collection of OS and Application Data did not start within the allocated time.

Action
Do one of the following: 1) Retry the operation. 2) Make sure the OS does not have
any firewall setting to block USB device enumeration, and then retry the operation.
3) Make sure the OS is not configured to attach USB devices as read-only, and then
retry the operation. 4) Make sure the OS is supported by the OS Collector
application. 5) Reinstall the latest OS Collector on the iDRAC, and then retry the
