Make sure that the Allow CHC Updates Through OS and Lifecycle Controller
setting is set to Enabled, and then retry the operation. Using the iDRAC Web UI,
select iDRAC > Update, click on the Settings tab, select Enabled for the setting and
then click Apply button.
