Description
The hardware inventory cannot be retrieved because of an internal error whether
or not Collect System Inventory On Restart (CSIOR) is enabled or disabled.

Action
Make sure to enable Collect System Inventory On Restart (CSIOR) feature, reboot
the system, and retry the operation. If CSIOR is already enabled, reboot iDRAC
using "racadm racreset" command.
