server operating system. The device needs to not be in use in order to change the
port mode settings.

To change the Management Port mode settings do the following: If a device is
present, remove and reinsert the USB device from the front panel USB Mangement
port and retry the operation. If the issue persists restart the iDRAC and retry the
operation.
