Description
iDRAC reset to factory defaults operation was not successful. This may be due to
IPMI communications issues.

Action
Do the following: 1) Retry the operation. 2) If the issue persists, remove AC input
power from the server and re-apply AC power to the server and retry the
operation. 3) If the issue constinues to persist, contact your service provider.
