Description
The certificate file is invalid for one of the following reasons: 1) CA Certificate is
corrupted, expired, or does not have signing privileges. 2) CA private key does not
matchi with CA Certificate being uploaded.

Make sure the CA certificate and private key are correct and retry the operation.
The certificate can be validated using the OpenSSL tools.
