Detailed
Description
Communication with the Smart Card reader is established and a Smart Card is
inserted, but there are problems accessing the Smart Card. The appropriate
Cryptographic Service Provider (CSP) drivers are not installed.

Action
There may be an issue with the Smart Card Cryptographic Service Provider (CSP)
drivers. Use the client OS to install CSP driver. If the OS has problem with Smart
Card, then there will have problem using the Smart Card. So make sure Smart Card
can login with Windows OS.
