Description
CMC could not successfully turn on the component identified in the message,
because of insufficient power available.

Response
Action
Make sure there is sufficient power available, and then retry the operation. To view
the available power, on the CMC Web interface, click Chassis Overview > Power >
Power Budget Status. The available power is displayed in the Total Input Power
Available For Allocation field. To increase available power, add more PSUs or
remove unused components from the Chassis.
