Description

Power Conservation Mode is enabled.

Detailed
Description
Unable to turn on the server identified in the message because the Max Power
Conservation Mode (MPCM) is enabled. After MPCM is enabled, the chassis will be
in power conservation mode and the CMC cannot process any further server
power on operation requests.
