Detailed
Description
The virtual reseat initiated on the Sleeve or Sled identified in the message
successfully turned off the component. However, the Sleeve or Sled did not turn
on successfully. A virtual reseat is the same as removing and inserting a Sleeve or
Sled.

Response
Action
Retry the virtual reseat operation on the Sleeve or Sled identified in the message. If
the issue persists, manually remove and reinsert the Sleeve or Sled in the chassis.
