Description
The initialization operation could not be completed. This may be due to a user
action or a physical disk failure.

Response
Action
If a physical disk failed, then replace the physical disk. Restart the virtual disk
initialization.

Detailed
Description
A physical disk included in the virtual disk failed or there is an error in the parity
information. A failed physical disk causes errors in parity information.
Recommended
Response
Action
Check that all the physical disks of the virtual disk are in a healthy condition.
Replace any disks that are not healthy and restart the operation. If this is not the
problem, delete the virtual disk and restore the data to the disk from a backup
copy.
