Supported Dell OpenManage Systems Management
Software On Windows Operating Systems
The following table lists the supported Dell OpenManage 7.4.1 installation and systems management
software on systems running supported Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Systems Build and Update Utility (SBUU) v2.4 - The Dell System Build and Update Utility (SBUU) provide
one-to-one deployment and single-server update capabilities in the pre-operating system environment.
NOTE: Dell recommends to use Lifecycle controller for OS deployment on 11
th
generation and 12
th
generation as a replacement for SBUU, as it is deprecated.
An X in the intersection of the operating system and the Dell system columns indicates that Server
Administrator and Dell Systems Build and Update Utility (SBUU) are supported on that operating system
for the corresponding system.
An asterisk (* ) in the intersection of the operating system and the Dell system columns indicates
operating system support for Dell systems that do not support Dell OpenManage software.
