Description
Unable to launch hardware diagnostics because the Enterprise UEFI Diagnostics application is
corrupt or iDRAC is not responding.
Recommended
Response Action
Retry the operation. If the problem persists, update the Enterprise UEFI Diagnostics using one
of the following methods: 1) Use the Firmware Update feature in Lifecycle Controller. 2) Use the
Server Update Utility. 3) Run the Update Package from the operating system. If the problem
continues to persist, reset the iDRAC. For more information, contact your service provider.
