Description
The Authentication Protocol attribtue for the user account identified in the message cannot be
disabled because the Privacy Protocol attribute is enabled.The Privacy Protocol for the user
account is not set to None.

Disable the Privacy Protocol attribute for the identified user ID account by setting the value to
None, and retry the operation to set Authentication Protocol attribute to None.
