Hard drives on desktops should be found if connected to the chipset disk controller but
PERC/SCU/SAS Adapters are not supported by legacy ePSA so if the hard drive is connected to
these controllers this message is just a warning. If the system has a hard disk connected to the
System Board chipset disk controller, power down the system and check the signal and power
connections to it. Rerun the diagnostic.If no error occurs then it was a cable or connector
issue.

end of its life. Other types of <Error Reason> in this category may indicate an intermittent or
