4 Insert the Dell Systems Management Tools and
Documentation
DVD into the DVD drive.
The setup program should start automatically. If it does not,
click the
Start button, click Run , and then type
x :\autorun.exe (where x is the drive letter of your
DVD drive).
The
Dell OpenManage Install autorun menu is displayed.
5 Select the Dell OpenManage Server Administrator option
and click
Install .
The
Dell OpenManage Server Administrator prerequisite
status screen displays and runs the prerequisite checks for the
managed system. Relevant informational, warning, or error
messages, if any, are displayed. Resolve all error and
warning situations.
6 Click the Install, Modify, Repair, or Remove Server
Administrator
button.
7 Click Next on the Welcome screen.
8 Accept the License Agreement and click Next .
