概要
Dell™SystemsBuildおよびアップデートユーティリティを使用すると、簡素化されたおよび 時間節約の インストール手順に従って、Microsoft®Windows®、Red Hat®Enterprise
Linux®、および SUSE®Linux Enterprise Server オペレーティングシステムを簡単にステップバイステップでインストールすることができます。Systems ビルド およびアップデートユーティリテ
ィを使用して、管理したシステムとしてインストールされたオペレーティングシステムがインストールされます。
Systems ビルド およびアップデートユーティリティを使用して、Windows、RedHatEnterpriseLinux、または SUSE Linux Enterprise Server オペレーティングシステムをインストールする
と、該当する DellOpenManageServerAdministratorインストールファイルをハードドライブにコピーすることができ、Server Administrator のインストール および Server
Administrator インストールファイルの削除 アイコンがデスクトップに配置されます。
作業を開始する前に
インストールの要件
以下に、管理したシステムの一般的な必要条件について説明します。オペレーティングシステムに固有のインストール要件は、インストール手順に含まれています。

メモ： Red Hat Enterprise Linux または SUSE Linux Enterprise Server オペレーティングシステムを実行しているシステムでは、オペレーティングシステムをインストールしてから最
初に起動したとき、Server Administrator をインストールするプロンプトが表示されます。
メモ： この『Dell Systems Management Tools and Documentation DVD』 には、Dell OpenManage Systems Management Software キット のバージョン 5.4 および
Systems Build and Update Utility のバージョン 1.0.3 が含まれています。さらに、この DVDのルートには、Dell Systems Build and Update Utility（バージョン 1.0）と『Dell
Systems Console and Agent CD』 (Dell OpenManage Software バージョン 5.3.0.1) のISOイメージが含まれています。DVDドライブがない場合は、これらの ISOイメージを使っ
て CD を作成することができます。
ただし、Dellのx6xx シリーズ や x7xx シリーズシステム、あるいはWindows Server 2008 オペレーティングシステムをサポートするために Dell Systems Build and Update Utility
のバージョン 1.0.3 が必要な場合は、デルサポートサイト（support.dell.com）からISO イメージをダウンロードしてください。デルサポートサイトから、Dell OpenManage Server
Administrator とDell OpenManage Management Station software のバージョン 5.4 のウェブパッケージをダウンロードすることもできます。ダウンロードしたウェブパッケージは、
CDやUSBキーにトランスファーして DVD ドライブのないシステムでご利用いただけます。
