To install applications onto the management station, perform the
following steps:
1 Log on with administrator privileges to the system where you
want to install the management station applications.
2 Insert the Dell Systems Console and Agent CD into the CD
drive.
The setup program should start automatically. If it does not,
click the
Start button, click Run , and then type
x :\autorun.exe (where x is the drive letter of your CD
drive).
The
Dell OpenManage Install autorun menu is displayed.
3 Select the Dell OpenManage Management Station option
and click
Install .
The
Dell OpenManage Management Station prerequisite
status screen is displayed and runs the prerequisite checks for
the management station. Relevant informational, warning, or
error messages, if any, are displayed. Resolve all error and
warning situations.
