14 Introduction
• DOCCD : This directory contains documentation for systems, systems
management software products, peripherals, and RAID controllers.
•
SERVICE : The SERVICE directory provides tools to configure your
managed systems and delivers the latest diagnostics and Dell-optimized
drivers for your managed systems.
CD Kit
• Dell Systems Build and Update Utility CD — Provides the tools that you
need to install an operating system and configure your managed systems.
This application also allows you to discover and configure Dell-provided
RAID controllers and network adapters.

Dell Systems Console and Agent CD — Provides systems management
software for your managed systems; including Server Administrator
Instrumentation, Storage Management, and Remote Access services. The
Dell Systems Console and Agent CD also contains all the latest Dell systems
management console products, including Dell OpenManage IT Assistant,
Dell Remote Access Controller Tools, Baseboard Management Controller
Management Utility Console (BMU), and the Active Directory Snap-in
Utility.
NOTE: On Microsoft Windows operating systems, an autorun utility appears
when you insert the Dell Systems Console and Agent CD in your system’s
CD drive. The autorun utility allows you to choose the systems management
software you want to install on your system.
• Dell Systems Service and Diagnostics Tools CD — Provides tools to
configure your managed systems and delivers the latest diagnostics and
Dell-optimized drivers for your managed systems.

Dell Systems Documentation CD — Helps you stay current with
documentation for systems, systems management software products,
peripherals, and RAID controllers.
NOTE: The CDs and the DVD also contain readme files, which provide the latest
product information.
