Microsoft Active Directory
If you use Active Directory service software, you can configure it to control access to your network.
Dell has modified the Active Directory database to support remote management authentication and
authorization. IT Assistant and Server Administrator, as well as Dell remote access controllers, can now
interface with Active Directory. With this tool, you can add and control users and privileges from one
central database. If you use Active Directory to control user access to your network, see "Using
Microsoft® Active Directory®."
