
Server Administrator


Instrumentation Service
Instrumentation Service 使您可以快速查看由系统管理代理程序收集的详细故障和性能信息，并且允许对受监测系统进行远程管理（包括关闭系统、启动和安全保护）。

Remote Access Service
Remote Access Service 提供以下功能：
l 远程访问不可操作系统，使用户能够关闭、重新启动并尽快运行系统
l 系统停机时的警报通知
l 记录系统崩溃可能原因的系统崩溃日志并保存最新的崩溃屏幕
安装 Remote Access Service 需要系统上具有 Server Administrator。

Storage Management Service
Storage Management Service 提供管理系统本地连接 RAID 和非-RAID 磁盘存储器的增强功能。
Storage Management Service 提供以下功能：
l 可以让您查看被监视系统上所连本地和远程存储设备的状态
l 支持 SAS、SCSI、SATA 和 ATA，但不支持光纤信道
l 可以让您通过单一图形界面或 CLI 对所有支持的 RAID 和非 RAID 控制器和机柜执行控制器和机柜功能，而无需使用控制器 BIOS 公用程序
l 通过配置数据冗余、分配热备份或重建故障驱动器来保护数据

诊断程序 (Dell PowerEdge Service and Diagnostic Utilities CD)
Dell PowerEdge 诊断是一套诊断程序（或检测模块），在系统上本地运行。 选择从包含 PowerEdge 诊断在系统上所找硬件的“Diagnostic Selection”（诊断选择）树上运行相应
的诊断检测。

驱动程序 (Dell PowerEdge Service and Diagnostic Utilities CD)
此抽取公用程序使用户可以查看并创建 Dell 软件驱动程序和诊断软盘。

更改管理 (Dell PowerEdge Server Update Utility CD)
Dell PowerEdge Server Update Utility CD 包括 Server Update Utility (SUU)。SUU 是一个基于 CD 的应用程序，用于确定和应用对系统的更新。 SUU 是具有双重目的的应用程
序，而且易于使用。 可以使用 SUU 更新 PowerEdge 服务器或者查看“存储库”中所列任何系统的可用更新。
SUU 通过使用户可以使用应用程序更新系统组件来促进更改管理，将当前所装组件的版本与 CD 和存储库中存储的更新组件的版本进行比较。 SUU 的完整会话一般会对所装组件及其版本
进行资源清点，提供一份系统上当前所装组件和存储库中最新组件版本的比较报告，然后让您决定是否应用 Dell 组件系统更新集来更新系统。 您可以自定义要升级的软件包。您可将系统上
较新版本的组件滚回到 Dell PowerEdge Server Update Utility CD 上所包含的相应组件版本。对于 Microsoft Windows 和 Linux， SUU 由单独的 CD 提供。
注：Remote Access Service 在模块化系统上不可用。 必须直接连接到模块化系统上的 RAC。 有关详情，请参阅 《 Dell Embedded Remote Access/MC 用户指南》 、 《 Dell

注：Server Administrator Remote Access Service 和 Remote Access Controller Management Station 不能同时安装在系统上。 如果同时安装 Server
Administrator 和 Management Station，并且需要 RAC 支持，则安装 Server Administrator Remote Access Service。 它提供了 Remote Access Controller
Management Station 的所有功能。
