• bmcnic: Maps serial port 1 to the
Baseboard Management Controller
(BMC) NIC.
• rac: Maps serial port 1 to the Remote
Access Controller (RAC.)
• com1bmc: Maps serial port 1 to COM
port 1 bmc.
NOTE: This command is applicable
only on selected x8xx systems.

• o: Disables serial port 2.
• auto: Maps serial port 2 to a COM port.
• com2: Maps serial port 2 to COM port 2.
• com4: Maps serial port 2 to COM port 4.

• o: Disables the speaker.
attribute=cputurbomode setting=enabled | disabled
CPU turbo mode can increase the CPU

• enabled: Enables the processor to go
into a deep sleep state when the system
