The DellDate denition is required because SNMP V1 does not support 64-bit ranges. The information sent back by this subagent has the
most signicant byte of the information as the rst byte. For example, the hex address 0x1029384754657687 is sent as hex: 0001 0000
0010 1001 0011 1000 0100 0111 ... Byte 1 Byte 2 Byte 3 Byte 4.

Full dates are dened in the ASCII format: yyyyMMddhhmmss.uuuuuu+f or yyyyMMddhhmmss.uuuuuu-f
where yyyy is the year, MM is the month, dd is the day, hh are the hours, mm are the minutes, and ss are the seconds. uuuuuu is the
number of microseconds, and +f or -f is the oset from UTC in minutes. For example, Friday, October 31, 2001, at 6:05:19 PM CST
would be represented as 20011031180519.000000-360.
The values are zero-padded, and if a valid value for a eld is not deliverable, each character in the eld is replaced with an asterisk (*)
character.
