NIC Status Indicates the status of the NIC or driver.
The values for the NIC Status property
are:
0 - Unknown
1 - Connected
2 - Disconnected
3 - Driver is bad
4 - Driver is disabled
10 - Hardware is initializing
12 - Hardware is closing
13 - Hardware is not ready
