following are the denitions of a bit when
set to one:
Bit 0 — Virtualization Technology (VT)
supported
Bit 1 — Demand-Based Switching (DBS)

Bit 2 — eXecute Disable (XD) supported
Bit 3 — Hyper Threading (HT) supported

3 - Microprocessor disabled by BIOS
(POST error)
4 - Microprocessor is idle
5 - Other
