NOTE: Boolean value is defined if
RDMA is enabled (Boolean is
RDMAEnable).
NIC iSCSI Capability Defines the iSCSI capability of the NIC.
Values for the NIC iSCSI Capability
property are:
0 - NIC/driver does not support querying
for capability.
1 - NIC/driver supports querying for
capability but query returned an error.
2 - NIC/driver supports querying for
capability and querying indicates that it is
capable.
4 - NIC/driver supports querying for
capability and querying indicates that it is
not capable.
8 - NIC/driver supports querying for
capability but an error prevented querying
the NIC/driver.
16 - NIC/driver supports querying for
capability but NIC/driver did not respond
to query.
NOTE: Boolean value is defined if
iSCSI is enabled (Boolean is
iSCSIEnable).

The values for the NIC Status property
are:
0 - Unknown
1 - Connected
2 - Disconnected
3 - Driver is bad
4 - Driver is disabled
10 - Hardware is initializing
12 - Hardware is closing
13 - Hardware is not ready
