Table 7-1. Firmware and Driver Properties
Property Definition
Firmware Version This property displays the version of the firmware that is
currently installed on the controller.
NOTE: On some controllers, Storage Management may not be
able to obtain the firmware version. In this case, Storage
Management displays Not Applicable.
Minimum
Required
Firmware Version
This property displays the minimum firmware version that is
required by Storage Management. This property is only
displayed if the controller firmware does not meet the minimum
requirement.
The firmware and drivers listed in the Readme file refer to the
minimum supported version for these controllers. Later versions
of the firmware and drivers are also supported. For the most
recent driver and firmware requirements., see support.dell.com
Driver Version This property displays the version of the driver that is currently
installed on the controller.
NOTE: On some controllers, Storage Management may not be

Storport Driver
Version
This property displays the version of the storport driver that is
installed on the system.
Minimum
Required Storport
Driver Version
This property displays the minimum storport driver version
required by Storage Management. This property is displayed if
the operating system storport driver does not meet the
minimum requirement. This is applicable for Windows
operating system only.
