LogFormat Defines whether the event log data is in
unicode or binary (raw) format. Values for
the event LogFormat property are:
1 - Formatted (event log only)
2 - Unformatted
3 - Events_and_POST_Formatted (both the event
log and power-on self-test [POST] log are in
unicode format)
