Cause: A disk on the specified controller has received a SMART alert (predictive failure) indicating that the disk is likely to fail in the near future.
Action: Replace the disk that has received the SMART alert. If the physical disk is a member of a nonredundant virtual disk, then back up the data before
replacing the disk.
