Cause: The controller cannot communicate with a device. The state of the device cannot be determined. There may be a bad or loose cable. The system may
also be experiencing problems with the application programming interface (API). There could also be a problem with the driver or firmware.
Action: Check the cables. See "Cables Attached Correctly" for more information on checking the cables. Verify that the controller has a supported version of the
driver and firmware. You can download the most current version of the driver and firmware from the Dell Support website at support.dell.com. Rebooting the
system may also resolve this problem.
