Action: Back up data from the physical disks. Check the Alert Log for alerts indicating why the failure occurred. In particular, look for alerts relating to disk
failures or disk and media errors. Replace the physical disks if necessary. If you replace one or more physical disks, then recreate the virtual disk and restore
your data from backup. If you do not replace a physical disk, then reinitialize the virtual disk and restore your data from backup.

Description: The Check Consistency found inconsistent parity data. Data redundancy may be lost.
Cause: The data on a source disk and the redundant data on a target disk is inconsistent.
Action: Restart the "Check Consistency" task. If you receive this alert again, review the alert messages for significant alerts related to the physical disks. If you
suspect that a physical disk has a problem, replace it and restore your data from backup.
