Cause: The power supply has a DC failure.

Action: Replace the power supply.


Description: The initialization sequence of SAS components failed during system startup. SAS management and monitoring is not possible.

Cause: Storage Management is unable to monitor or manage SAS devices.

Action: Reboot the system. If problem persists, make sure you have supported versions of the drivers and firmware. You may need to reinstall Storage
Management or Server Administrator.

