Cause: The Patrol Read task has encountered an error such as a bad disk block and remapped data to correct the error.



Cause: The Patrol Read task has encountered an error that cannot be corrected. There may be a bad disk block that cannot be remapped.

Action: Back up your data. If you are able to back up the data successfully, then fully initialize the disk and then restore from back up.

