CIM_DiscreteSensor
The CIM_DiscreteSensor class described in Table 3-11 has a set of legal string
values that it can report. The CIM_DiscreteSensor will always have a "current
reading" that corresponds to one of the enumerated values.
PossibleStates Enumerates the string outputs of the sensor. For
example, a NumericSensor can report states based
on threshold readings.

CurrentState Indicates the current state of the sensor. This value
is always one of the Possible States.

PollingInterval Indicates the polling interval, in nanoseconds, that
the sensor hardware or instrumentation uses to
determine the current state of the sensor.
