Cause: The data on a source disk and the
redundant data on a target disk is
inconsistent.
Action: Restart the Check Consistency task.
If you receive this alert again, check the
health of the physical disks included in the
virtual disk. Review the alert messages for
significant alerts related to the physical disks.
If you suspect that a physical disk has a
problem, replace it and restore from backup.

Cause: The Check Consistency can no longer
report errors in the parity data.

The %1 indicates a substitution variable. The
text for this substitution variable is generated
by the firmware and is displayed with the
alert in the Alert Log. This text can vary
depending on the situation.
Action: Verify the health of attached devices.
Review the Alert Log for significant events.
Run the PHY integrity diagnostic tests. You
may need to replace faulty hardware. Make
sure the cables are attached securely. See the
hardware documentation for more
information.
