2293 The EMM has
failed.

Cause: The failure may be caused by a loss of
power to the EMM. The EMM self test may
also have identified a failure. There could also
be a firmware problem or a multi-bit error.
Action: Replace the EMM. See the hardware
documentation for information on replacing
the EMM.
