Diagnostics for Dell-Supplied Devices
NOTE: The Intel
®
management agent is required for the Intel network adapter diagnostics. If this agent is not
installed, the default network diagnostics are available. Use Dell OpenManage Server Assistant (version 8.x or 2.x)
to install Intel PROSet or you can download Intel PROSet from the Dell Support website at support.dell.com.
Intel PROSet is listed under Intel PRO Family of Adapters.
NOTE: You must install Dell-qualified device drivers in order to run diagnostics on devices like tape drives,
tape autoloaders, tape libraries, NIC, RAID controllers, and attached hard drives. See the documentation that
came with your device, or access the latest drivers from the Dell Support website at support.dell.com.
