CIM_BIOSElement
The CIM_BIOSElement class listed in Table 3-35 describes the BIOS for the system. The BIOS controls
the following:
Communications between the microprocessor and peripheral devices, such as the keyboard and the
video adapter
Miscellaneous functions, such as system messages

BuildNumber Indicates the internal identifier for this build of the software
element.

IdentificationCode Provides the manufacturer’s identifier for this software element.
Often this will be a stock keeping unit (SKU) or a part number.
