Possible states:
0: Unknown
1: Ready
2: Failed (Minimum Failure Threshold Exceeded, Maximum Failure Threshold Exceeded)
4: Offline
6: Degraded (Minimum Warning Threshold Exceeded, Maximum Warning Threshold
Exceeded)
9: Inactive
21: Missing
