Clearing a map
All printers marked on a map can be removed by clearing the map.
1. From the map selection drop-down list, enter or select the map name.
2. On the quick- access toolbar, click .
NOTE: All printers are deleted from the map and the Select Printers list.
Editing a map
You can change the image file of an existing map using the Edit Map feature.
1. On the quick-access toolbar, click .
The Edit Map widget is displayed.
2. Enter the map name in the Name field.
3. To choose the new map file, click Browse .
4. Click Save .
The Map window displays the newly uploaded map.
NOTE: To change the printers marked on a map, you must edit the Select
Printers list. For more information, see Editing the select printers list.
Deleting a map
1. From the map selection drop-down list, enter or select the map name.
2. On the quick-access toolbar, click .
A dialog box is displayed.
3. Click Delete to confirm.
NOTE: When you delete a map, the Select Printers list associated with the
map is also deleted, but the printers are available in the database.
