Filtering a list column
By filtering a column, the list displays only the rows with selected values in a
column.
1. Click on the drop down arrow
next to the column header.
2. Select Filter .
3. Select the condition for the
filter in Show items with value
that drop-down box.
4. Enter or select the filter value.
5. Click Filter .
