Appendix A: Trouble Ticketing system
configuration for alerts in OMPE
OMPE supports trouble ticket template creation for alerts. Trouble tickets can
be created in OMPE for the following ticketing systems:

KACE
•
BMC REMEDY
•
SERVICE NOW
A trouble ticket is created by sending email to the ticketing system configured
in OMPE. The ticketing system is configured by updating the ticket template
available at the following path in the install directory:
<INSTALL_PATH>\OMPE\server\webapps\ROOT\conf\alert_templates\<TTS_N
AME>\<ALERT_TYPE>.txt
The following attributes can be modified in the ticket templates:
Trouble Ticket system email ID
%OMPE_AT_EmailId%
Email subject line
%OMPE_AT_EmailSubject%
Email body
%OMPE_AT_EmailBody%
