the user when an update or a new template is available. Customers can install
the update by clicking on 'Available' link and following the instructions in the
next dialog.
Similarly, when there are templates available for newer models, OMPE will show
"New" against the models for which new templates are available. You can install
the templates by clicking on "New" link and following the instructions in the
next dialog.

"My 30 day trial period has expired and OMPE is not allowing me to login."
You must activate your license to login.
a. Open OMPE and on login page, click on

b. Check internet connectivity on the machine running OMPE server. If it
has internet connectivity, select "Online" method of activation. If it
doesn't, select "Offline" method.
c. Follow the instructions in License management section.

"I am unable to configure SMTP settings in my OMPE"
a. Check if SMTP server is accessible from the OMPE server.
b. Ensure that the correct IP address and port number are configured in
SMTP settings.
c. Ensure the authentication and encryption settings are correctly setup in
SMTP settings.
d. Ensure firewall on the OMPE server machine does not block outgoing
SMTP traffic.
e. Use the test feature on SMTP Settings window to confirm the
connectivity.
f. If the problem still persists, the following could be one of the reasons:
•
Your organization policy does not allow you to send emails from a
third party tool.
•
Mails may be queued and scanned based on the company policy.
•
System email ID may be listed in the spam list of your mail exchange.
g. Contact your mail administrator.
