b. Select Project > Compute > Access & Security.
The Access & Security options are displayed.
c. Click Create Security Group.
The Create Security Group window is displayed.
d. Enter the security group name and description.
e. Click Create Security Group.
The new security group object is saved in the OpenStack environment.
f. Select the Manage Rules action for the new security group.
The two default rules added by the OpenStack environment are listed.
g. Click Add Rule.
