Creating a Software Image Descriptor for a Snapshot
Create a software image descriptor for a snapshot image from the OpenManage Network Manager
application as follows.
1 Navigate to the Software Images portlet.
The portlet’s location depends on your company’s configuration.
2 Right-click an image.
3 Select Download.
The Save VIM Image to Disk Parameters input window is displayed.
4 Select the Virtualized Infrastructure Manager (VIM) housing the CiscoCSR1000v-snapshot-
2-16Ports image created earlier.
5 Select the snapshot image to download.
For example:
CiscoCSR1000v-snapshot-2-16Ports.qcow2
The fields are populated based on your selection.
