c. Add the event with which to trigger an action.

f. Pass the Varbind OID to the Adaptive CLI action.
For a Varbind, the syntax is [[VARBIND: < varbind_oid >]] .
The Varbind of interest is the syslogText extracted port string from syslogNotification.
