Order Summaries
This screen manages the retention of the order summary portion of the Consumables Calculated
Life summary reports. This is separate from the retention of reports in the
History tab in Inventory

.

This screen has the following fields:

Name —A unique identifier for this policy

Description —A text description

Record Threshold —The number of records to archive. Numbers greater than this are discarded.
Records are the order summary only, not the entire report.

Enabled —Determines whether the policy is enabled/disabled. Check to enable.
